2. Follow-up visit will be scheduled (Rates and available accommodations will be discussed at this time) 

3. A reservation/rental agreement will be drafted. 

4. Upon the signing of the agreement, a 50% down payment will be due.
   (The remaining 50% will be collected on the day of the event.)
